Come on in and have a seat in the waiting room. This is a clothing-on bodywork practice; wear light clothing suitable for movement and comfort. The room is equipped with a HEPA H13 medical grade air purifier. Please arrive recently showered and free of fragrances. Masks are optional. If you arrive with a mask, I will happily wear one too! |

Myofascial bodywork sessions include a detailed health history, talk time, education, assessment, and hands-on treatment. New clients, please schedule only one session. Additional sessions may be scheduled after our first session is established. Thanks, kindly!

Myofascial Bodywork Rates
* The rates below reflect a Point of Service Discount of CPT 8E0KX1Z when paid in full at the time of your session. Billing insurance for motor vehicle accidents (MVA) or personal health plans (PHP), rates for ICD-10 codes (CPT 97140 or CPT 97124) will be used.
Myofascial Bodywork Sessions
60 minute bodywork session • $120
75 minute bodywork session • $140 *
90 minute bodywork session • $160 *
30 minute additional time for MVA or PHP sessions • $60 *

Personal Health Plan Billing: Before your session, my insurance biller needs to perform a benefits check, including verifying your co-pay or co-insurance, and to see if a pre-authorization from your doctor is required. You will be responsible for any denied claims. Please e-mail an image of the Front and Back of your insurance card and Date of Birth. You may also drop-off a copy at the space or send a copy in the mail. It usually takes 2-3 business days to verify your benefits. E-mail to [email protected]
Motor Vehicle Accident Billing: MVA's can be billed to insurance with an open PIP, claim number, and prescription with diagnosis codes from your primary care provider or chiropractor.
Cancellation Policy: Missing an appointment or cancellations 24 hours prior to your scheduled session are subject to an $85 fee. A same-day cancellation or no-show may void a gift certificate or pre-paid session. Abuse of the online calendar may lead to exclusion from online scheduling. Cancellation fees may be waived for unsafe winter weather conditions reasons.
Forms of Payment: Cash, check, and all major cards processed through Square. HSA cards, and Flex Spending account cards are accepted for 60 minute sessions only.
